How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being received, Monday to Friday. You'll receive a tracking reference once dispatched.

Which delivery service do you use?

We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48 with tracking. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days from dispatch. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund. See our Returns policy for details.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship to UK addresses only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@stranger-tings.co.uk if you need to cancel or amend an order. We'll do our best to help, but orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
