Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, add items to your basket and complete the checkout process. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other payment methods via our secure checkout.

Is it safe to buy on your website?

Yes — our checkout is fully encrypted and secured. We use Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, meaning your card details are never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@stranger-tings.co.uk if you need to cancel or amend an order. We'll do our best to help, but orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — you'll receive an automated order confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.
Delivery

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment being confirmed, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are processed the next working day.

Which delivery service do you use?

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 with tracking included. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days from dispatch. See our Delivery Information page for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive a Royal Mail tracking reference by email. You can use this to track your parcel on the Royal Mail website.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Currently we ship to UK addresses only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@stranger-tings.co.uk with your order number. We'll investigate with Royal Mail and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for unopened, unused items. Faulty or damaged items can be returned at any time. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Please keep the original packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit, or we sent the wrong item — in which case we'll cover the return costs.
Products & Stock

Are your products genuine / authentic?

Absolutely. Every product we sell is 100% genuine from authorised brand distributors. We stock brands including GreenLight, Oxford Diecast, TSM, IXO, MiniChamps, Neca, Super7 and many more.

Can I request a specific product you don't stock?

We're always looking to expand our range. Drop us an email at info@stranger-tings.co.uk and we'll do our best to source it for you.

Will out-of-stock items come back?

Some items are limited editions and may not be restocked. For standard lines, we restock regularly. Sign up to our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals and restocks.
