When Can You Return?

We Accept Returns For
  • Items arrived damaged or faulty
  • Item significantly not as described
  • Wrong item received
  • Item not received (after Royal Mail investigation)
  • Unopened, unused items within 30 days
We Cannot Accept Returns For
  • Items that have been opened and used (unless faulty)
  • Items returned after 30 days without prior agreement
  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling
  • Change of mind on opened/displayed items

Your statutory rights: Your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. You are always entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods.

How to Return

Step-by-Step Return Process

Contact Us First

Email us at info@stranger-tings.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. For damaged items, please include clear photos within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We'll Confirm Next Steps

We'll review your request and respond within 1–2 working days to confirm whether a return is approved and provide return instructions.

Send the Item Back

Return items in their original packaging where possible. We recommend using a tracked service. Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or send a replacement within 3–5 working days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Damaged Items

Received a Damaged Item?

We take great care packing every order, but on rare occasions items can be damaged in transit. Here's what to do:

  1. Do not dispose of the item or packaging
  2. Take clear photos of the damage and the packaging
  3. Email info@stranger-tings.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery
  4. Include your order number and the photos — we'll take it from there

We will offer a full replacement or refund for items damaged in transit. We may need to raise a claim with Royal Mail, so keeping the packaging is important.
