Based on Plaxton’s international award-winning body style from 1963-64, our model of the Plaxton Panorama continues Oxford’s geographical spread of coach releases to date with a livery from Kent. Alexander Timpson bought his first ‘charabanc’ in 1912 and from his headquarters in Rushey Green, Catford, ran day trips along the south coast for eager trippers. The company favoured AEC vehicles which formed the backbone of their fleet and you can see the AEC badge above the radiator on our 1:76 scale replica.
